a month agoThe owner was very friendly and helpful with what they had to serve since my wife and I have not experienced too much Korean food. The grilled pork and the grilled chicken that we had was super delicious and plentiful. The heated, clear sided pop-up tent was very cozy while we ate our lunch (February in Massanutten). We will be going back to Gogiwa when we go for golf week in the fall.

2 months agoWe live out of state and every time we come to Elkton this is our first stop- the food is soooo good! Such good flavor combinations with any dish we have tried. In winter they have lovely little heat tents to keep you warm. The owner is always very friendly and excellent service. Definitely a great spot!

3 months agoFriendly service and great Korean food. They also have a kids menu too. Fried chicken and dumplings were both delicious. We also ordered the pork/bulgogi/spicy pork bowls

5 months agoWe’re not from the area but a few years ago we found Gogiwa and since then when we’re ever around the area, we told each other we would need to come back. The owner is incredibly nice and conversation, portions are a good size and delicious.

10 months agoGreat Korean bbq. Food was fresh and hot-fries were as amazing as the chicken. Outdoor seating only, but a nice little place to visit.

a year agoWe stayed at Massanutten Resort and stumbled upon this hidden gem. We are so glad we decided on this restaurant among the few others in the vicinity. Great options, very tasty, good portions along with service with a smile. Affordable prices and it also has a kids menu. Bonus, there is an ice cream shop next door.

Edited a year agoOnce again! Another great meal from here. I love that they added Korean Smack Chicken (Asian zing). Spicy Beef Bulgogi was great! 😊 Nice and toasty in the outdoor tent.

2 years agoAmazing. Just like other reviewers, wish I could leave more than 5 stars. The owner has a gift for hospitality with his warm presence and kindness. Then the food is excellent. We went in December when it was cold and we loved sitting in the beautiful plastic coverings with tables in them. It was romantic and delicious. We will absolutely be back! Highly recommend.
